Insurance / Payment / Billing
We participate with Medicare and most major insurance providers. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (229) 436-7248 to find out if we accept your plan. You should also check with your individual provider to make sure that your services will be covered under your specific plan. While our staff will be happy to assist you with any insurance questions you may have, it is inevitably the responsibility of the patient to verify eligible coverage from their provider.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Emergencies
We provide 24-hour emergency care for our patients. If you are experiencing an emergency after office hours, please call our office number and you will be directed to our physician on call, who will get back to you promptly to treat your condition and provide the urgent care required. In the case of a true emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Referrals
If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit.
Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
